Native Health Advisors has gained access to a unique technology that allows tribal nations to detect diabetes up to five years before standard blood work shows evidence by a simple eye scan. This preventative technology creates healthy and manageable options for patients and price savings for tribal health and business organizations. Our Program allows us to locate individuals with Pre-Diabetes up to 10 years before its shows in an A1C. Our program can prevent almost 70% of patients from becoming Type 2 Diabetics and costing an additional $9,600 per year!
Remote Patient Monitoring
Native Health Advisors offers Remote Patient Monitoring tribal employers, 638 tribal facilities as well as large tribally owned companies. Our company has developed programs that help manage diabetes and improve the patient’s quality of life. NHA has successfully integrated this technology into tribal organizations, businesses, and health care. New CPT Billing Codes are available so that clinics can now bill 3rd party payers making these programs almost zero cost for tribes and their members.
